This research aims to determine the causes of pulpal calcification molars to better knowledge about this problem occurs much frequency and thus have a better diagnosis with good treatment endodontic for our patients. Check other research on the causes of pulp calcification has since been We can provide effective diagnosis and better treatment in calcified teeth . Get a good result of this research is the purpose I want to obtain help patients with this problem and not have a premature loss of a tooth presenting calcification . To have a better knowledge of endodontic failures cause of pulp calcification and thus give a better diagnosis and thereby better endodontic treatment and prevent loss premature teeth as maxillary molars . the endodontic failures because of this problem calcification pulp is very common in many cases both adolescents as an adult. Determining the causes of calcification in molar pulp above . For better diagnosis and thus give a better . treatment and prevent loss of tooth piece is the purpose. In the past 25 years , has dramatically increased the number of teeth that have received root canal treatment . Although that the percentage of favorable cases is about 90 % , there is still a 10% failure for anatomical reasons , bacteriological or clinical diagnostic techniques, both endodontic as dental restorative . The interest of patients to keep their teeth has also increased markedly , so that failure endodontic no means a tooth extraction, but often a desire to preserve it. The success or failure of endodontic treatment is evaluated for signs and clinical symptoms and radiological findings by tooth treated. Histology is also a tool important research. Success criteria are (Bender 1966 , Lin 1991 , Swartz , 1983 , 1990 Zabalegui Walton 1991) Consequently , today it is considered that neither the presence nor the absence of symptomatology may alone determine failure treatment without integration of other factors. Undoubtedly , the only way to control the success or failure of root canal treatment is performed plan following the case through a clinical examination and radiation . According to Seltzer (1988 ) failures of endodontically treated teeth are demonstrated more frequently in the first 24 months , but can manifest up to 10 years or more. The main objective of this research is to determine the causes of the endodontic failures by calcification in molar pulp above to obtain an accurate diagnosis and thus better avoiding endodontic treatment failure in patients presented are problematic.
