Respuesta agronómica del cultivo de lechuga Lactuca sativa L. ante la aplicación de dos biofertilizantes con tres dosis

Resumen
La investigación se llevó a cabo en un lote urbano de propiedad de la Sra. Lucia Ronquillo Rodríguez, cuya ubicación es en la provincia del Guayas, cantón Daule entre la avenida 9 de Octubre y calle La Primera Se estudiaron dos biofertilizantes (Enerplant y Stimplex) con tres dosis (baja, media y alta). Se utilizó el diseño completamente al azar con arreglo factorial (2x3) aplicando con tres repeticiones. Se evaluaron las siguientes variables: altura de la planta (cm), longitud de la hoja (cm) ancho de la hoja (cm), número de hojas/planta, peso de la planta (g), análisis económico y Rendimiento (kg/ha). De acuerdo a los resultados se concluyó lo siguiente: 1.Los mejores rendimientos se obtuvieron con las dosis altas de ambos biofertilizantes, donde se obtuvieron valores de 23901,67 kg/ha y 22210,67 kg/ha respectivamente, 2. El fertilizante con mejores resultados en sentido general fue el Stimplex con mayor altura de planta, longitud, ancho y número de hojas, peso de planta y rendimiento., 3. Al aplicar los bioestimulantes Stimplex y Enerplant con dosis altas se obtuvieron resultados superiores a las dosis medias y bajas en cuanto a las variables altura de plantas, longitud de las hojas, y peso de las plantas, 4. De acuerdo al análisis económico la mayor utilidad y rentabilidad la alcanzó el tratamiento 6 (Stimplex en dosis alta) con 10997.34 USD y 135.57% respectivamente, 5. En la relación beneficio-costo el tratamiento 6 (Stimplex en dosis alta) obtuvo la mayor relación con 2.36%.
The present research was carried out in an urban plot owned by Mrs. Lucia Ronquillo Rodríguez, which is located in the province of Guayas, Daule canton between the 9 of Octubre avenue and La Primera street. Two biofertilizers (Enerplant and Stimplex) were under study with three doses (low, medium and high). Completely random design with factorial arrangement (2x3) was applied with three repetitions. The variables were evaluated as follows: plant height (cm), leaf length (cm), leaf width (cm), number of leaves/plant, plant weight (g), economic analysis and yield (kg/ha). According to the results, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) The best yields were obtained with high doses of both biofertilizers getting 23901,67 kg/ha and 22210,67 kg/ha ha respectively; 2) The Fertilizer with the best results in general terms was Stimplex; 3) When applying Stimplex and Enerplant bioestimulants with high doses, the results obtained were superior to the average and low doses in terms of the variables plant height, leaf length and plant weigth; 4) According to the economic analysis, the highest utility and profitability was attained by treatment 6 (high dose Stimplex) with 10997.34 and 135.57% respectively and; 5) As far as the relation benefit-cost treatment 6 (high dose Stimplex) showed the highest ratio with 2.36%.
