Resumen
En la odontología actual, la endodoncia juega un rol esencial en la
preservación de lasestructuras dentarias. Uno de los objetivos principales
del tratamiento endodontico es lograr la desinfeccióncompleta del sistema
de conductos radiculares, para así, garantizar el éxito del tratamiento.
Existen diversas soluciones de irrigación, tales como, agua oxigenada,
enzimas, antimicrobianos, solución salina, suero, anestesia, entre otros.
También se puede utilizar medicamentos que se ubican dentro de los
conductos radiculares.
De manera que la descripción de sus propiedades y, principalmente, la
potenciación de su aplicación clínica serán descritas de manera que su
uso y resultados clínicos pueden ser previstos y seguros.El presente
trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar las bacterias
específicas que se encuentran mayormente en el conducto radicular y de
esta utilizar las soluciones más recomendables a través de medios
mecánicos y químicos.
Planteándose el siguiente problema ¿Cuál serían las soluciones más
eficaces que permitan la reducción de las bacterias en el conducto
radicular mediante medios mecánicos y químicos?
El tratamiento endodontico comprende diferentes procedimientos y su
éxito dependerá de la calidad de la limpieza, conformación y obturación
del sistema de conductos radiculares, siendo la irrigación muy importante
para la reducción bacteriana a nivel del conducto radicular.La meta es
realizar un trabajo que no llevara al éxito y satisfacer las necesidades que
tiene el paciente.En este trabajo podremos analizar de manera minuciosa
El tratamiento no quirúrgico del conducto radicular de los dientes
permanentes que conlleva al uso de un tratamiento químico, mecánico y
biológicamente aceptable del sistema de los conductos radiculares, para
favorecer la curación de los conductos. El proceso se realiza bajo condiciones asépticas y aislamiento con dique
de goma.El desarrollo de la metodología aplicada será descriptivo,
exploratorio de aporte cualitativo.Los estudios exploratorios buscan
especificar las propiedades, Características y los perfiles importantes de
Personas, Grupos, Comunidades o cualquier otro fenómeno que se
someta a investigación.
