The most important principal neurological complication that stands out after having suffered an event fibrilante, is the accident vascular brain ischemic, which results as complication cardioembolic in vulnerable patients with important factors of risk between them emphasizing arterial hypertension, smoking, hypercholesterolemia between important others. he accident vascular brain is a devastating complication that produces symptoms that change radicall disabling the life of the patient taking it from a revenue to a welfare house where it will need major taken care up to the death since it alters vegetative and mental functions. Atrial fibrillation is a tachyarrhythmia that produces serious complications cardioembolic , since on having produced thromboembolism systemicly they travel to level carotid and basilary occluding the arterial light producing ischemia and heart attack in the cerebral affected regions depending the affected territory.
