Incidencia de los inmigrantes venezolanos en la política de comercio exterior del Ecuador periodo 2015-2017

Resumen
Para el presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló un análisis bibliográfico de las incidencias de los inmigrantes a través de la historia partiendo desde la I Guerra mundial en el que los pueblos tenían que salir de sus hogares y dejar a familias enteras por las situaciones políticas, económicas y culturales que se pasaban, una crisis más devastadora la que pasaron en la II Guerra mundial, la crisis de desplazados que hasta la actualidad es un con secuelas de índole no solo social también económico. Ecuador es un país abierto al mundo donde los inmigrantes transitan libremente y si deciden radicarse en el país pueden gozar de beneficios que los posesiona en el ámbito laboral, social, educativo y de inclusión. Pero partiendo del análisis de la investigación se debe verificar la incidencia del ingreso de venezolanos desde el 2015 a la actualidad, no se ha visto una investigación de esta índole por ende tiende a ser empírica pero dentro del transcurso de la investigación se observó que la población es tan extensa y desconocida en cifras exactas que se realizó un muestreo intencional en el que conociendo el universo se obtuvo que se encuestaría a 62 inmigrantes y 3 expertos en el área de inmigración y política de comercio exterior. Se obtuvo como resultado que el emprendimiento es la fuente para que los inmigrantes puedan crecer en el país, pero siempre y cuando cumplan con las regulaciones que el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana a través de sus cancillerías le puedan ayudar.
For the present research work, a bibliographical analysis of the incidences of immigrants through history was developed starting from the First World War in which the people had to leave their homes and leave whole families for the political, economic situations and cultural events that happened, a more devastating crisis that happened in World War II, the crisis of displaced people that until now is a sequel of a nature not only social but also economic. Ecuador is a country open to the world where immigrants move freely and if they decide to settle in the country they can enjoy benefits that take them into the workplace, social, educational and inclusion. But starting from the analysis of the investigation, the incidence of income of venezuelans should be verified from 2015 to the present, no such research has been seen, therefore it tends to be empirical but within the course of the investigation it was observed that the population It is so extensive and unknown in exact figures that an intentional sampling was carried out in which knowing the universe was obtained that 62 immigrants and 3 experts in the area of immigration and foreign trade policy would be surveyed. It was obtained as a result that entrepreneurship is the source for immigrants to grow in the country, but as long as they comply with the regulations that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility through their foreign ministries can help.
