Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer una solución al problema existente en la piladora “Salitreña” sin perjudicar o disminuir la producción actual de sus procesos al momento del ingreso del cascarado de arroz para realizarle un adecuado pilado y obtener como producto el arroz y sus subproductos como son el arrocillo, polvillo y el tamo, basado en el enfoque de mejora continua de sus procesos, para la aplicación de técnica SMED. Este sistema favorecerá de manera analítica a identificar el cuello de botella, siendo posible el resultado de equipos con capacidad inferior a la demanda requerida. Para manifestar los beneficios requeridos con el desarrollo del sistema estratégico SMED, se ha obtenido una disminución de la mano de obra, mejora de procesos, para cuantificar anualmente los cambios realizados en el proceso del pilado del arroz. Es necesario esclarecer que los privilegios del sistema no solo limitan estudio de maquina hombre, sino también a la estimación de tareas administrativas que se realizan con el propósito de exponer cambios en el proceso del pilado de arroz.
The objective of this research is to propose a solution to the existing problem in the "Salitreña" nice mill without damaging or diminishing the current production of its processes at the moment of the entrance of the rice husk to carry out an adequate piling and obtain as a product the rice and its by-products as they are: the arrocillo, dust and the chaff, based on the approach of continuous improvement of their processes, for the application of the SMED technique. This system will favor in an analytical way to identify the bottleneck, being possible the result of equipment with capacity lower than the required demand. To demonstrate the benefits required with the development of the SMED strategic system, a reduction in labor has been obtained, process improvement, to quantify annually the changes made in the process of rice piling. It is necessary to clarify that the privileges of this system do not only limit the study of the man machine, but also the estimation of administrative tasks that are carried out with the purpose of exposing changes in the process of rice piling.
