Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación se desarrolló con la finalidad de identificar los riesgos que están presentes en el área de inyección en la empresa PLASTICOS ECUATORIANOS S.A, teniendo la finalidad de minimizar los incidentes y accidentes como cortes, punzamientos, golpes y mutilaciones en sus extremidades superiores. Para el análisis de riesgo se utilizó el método de observación directa y posteriormente la matriz de triple criterio que nos permitió identificar que el riesgo mecánico es el de mayor frecuencia dentro del proceso de producción; en la evaluación de riesgos se utilizó la matriz Fine que permitió definir el grado de peligrosidad dentro del proceso productivo, posteriormente con los resultados obtenidos se propuso un plan de capacitación constante y uso correcto de los equipos de protección personal.
The present titling work was developed with the purpose of identifying the risks present in the injection area in the company PLASTICOS ECUATORIANOS S.A, with the aim of minimizing the incidents and accidents such as cuts, blows and mutilation in their upper extremities. For the risk analysis, were used the direct observation method and then the triple criterion matrix that allowed to identify that the mechanical risk is the most frequent one in the production process; In the risk assessment was used the Fine matrix that allowed to define the degree of danger in the production process, later with the results obtained was proposed a plan of constant training and correct use of the teams of protection personal.
