The present research has as objective establecerel histopathological diagnosis between ameloblastoma and central granuloma giant cells in the treatment of odontogenic tumors by biopsia.Debido that it has been observed that it can not be the identified radiographically. It is noteworthy that in the specialty of oral pathology , use of auxiliary tests is very important and decisive at the time of diagnosis , biopsies are performed often , because it allows almost provided the definitive diagnosis of an injury . The results of the biopsies indicate the degree of differentiation , histological type , infiltrated , edge , etc. . of malignant lesions that may occur in the mouth. The main purpose of a biopsy is the definitive diagnosis , using surgical maneuvers as a means and not an end . where surgical principles must be respected. The therapeutic management of a good professional dentist should be based a definitive diagnosis , achieved by the clinical knowledge of various conditions and confirmed by histopathological study estas1 . For histological study of living tissue should drink a surgically sample . Likewise, this research allows us to identify technical parameters, practical and methodological . The technical parameters are supported research. The type of field study and literature is directed from the systemic process for holistic approach. Resulting in a comparative study between the biopsy ameloblastoma and central giant cell granuloma.
