Resumen
El presente trabajo se plantea la propuesta a realizar para mejorar la capacidad de liquidez de la comercializadora y transportadora de combustibles Oceanbat S.A. que mediante los resultados obtenidos servirá como aporte importante para sus directivos y a su vez se usará como referentes para las futuras y oportunas decisiones que sean tomadas en relación a la rentabilidad, en este se realizará un diagnóstico financiero que es muy importante ya que el propósito fundamental es dar a conocer la realidad económica financiera de la empresa, en este caso se observará como está la liquidez, el rendimiento y endeudamiento en relación a
las actividades u operaciones rutinarias que realiza la misma. El uso de los indicadores financieros juega un papel significativo en el diagnóstico a realizar ya que mediante la utilización de ellos se podrá conocer el movimiento de las cuentas y saber hacia dónde se dirige la empresa, mediante los resultados que se obtengan se podrá tomar medidas correctivas a tiempos para no afectar los objetivos o metas planteadas por la empresa y lo que quiere lograr. Las empresas a más de comercializar, trasformar y producir bienes o brindar servicios, tiene como objetivo principal obtener beneficios económicos que les permita el crecimiento dentro de un mercado donde existe competencia, por tal razón, las deben analizar constantemente como disminuir sus costos y gastos para aumentar su liquidez
y rentabilidad.
