Resumen
En la actualidad la mayoría de las empresas poseen sistemas contables que ayudan al buen manejo y control de las actividades que desarrollan, convirtiéndose más efectivas financieramente y en la toma de decisiones. A pesar de los beneficios que ofrece tener un sistema contable todavía existen empresas que se rigen por el método tradicional en la administración de su contabilidad manejado por libros contables y otros que cierra conocer la situación real económica de cualquier empresa. Por lo que las empresas deben de tener en cuenta la gran importancia y los beneficios de contar con un sistema contable fiable, que de
esta manera el empresario pueda conocer los aspectos básicos de su contabilidad y reducir los
costos y gastos que se realicen en su empresa de manera que aumenten sus ganancias
manteniendo rentabilidad y la capacidad de tomar buenas decisiones oportunamente.
Considerando el desarrollo del proyecto de investigación en cada uno de sus capítulos y de los
resultados obtenidos en el diagnóstico, han permitido el conocimiento práctico y empírico de
determinadas materias en relación a los costos es un elemento importante en el trabajo de toda
organización, sin embargo si el mismo no tiene un planteamiento teórico y actualizado, pues
se suelen cometer errores en su concepción y provocar afectaciones en los procesos. Resulta
procedente aplicar de manera inmediata cada uno de los elementos contenidos en el presente
proyecto, en una primera parte dirigida a que los trabajadores y directivos de la
CORPORACIÓN SANTA ANA S.A. conozcan el mismo, lo interioricen, conozcan sus
bondades y los aportes dirigidos a cambiar la forma de pensar de sus empleados, no solo se
puede pensar en producir y producir y desconocer lo que me cuesta producir.
