En Ecuador, según la el Consejo Nacional de Discapacidades existe un 13% de discapacidad, por lo cual esta tesis tratará esta necesidad de índole social, para poder ayudar a los niños en condiciones especiales haciendo énfasis en aquellos de escasos recursos. La base teórica se fundamenta en la investigación del grupo desatendido y sus necesidades para poder fomentar su inclusión social. De acuerdo a la recolección de datos obtenidos por medio de encuestas realizadas y entrevistas a especialistas en el tema, se plantea que por medio de terapias y ayuda focalizada se podrá llegar a incluir a este determinado grupo que desde su infancia deben ser tratados y rehabilitados. El Centro Humanitario Infantil de Rehabilitación Integral (CHIRI) está diseñado para cubrir una demanda 200 niños al día.
In Ecuador, according to the National Council on Disabilities there is a 13% disabilities, which this thesis will address this need for social, to help children with special conditions emphasizing those with limited resources. The theoretical basis is based on research and neglected group needs to promote their social inclusion. According to the collecting data through surveys and interviews with experts in the field, it is proposed that through therapy and targeted aid may come to include this particular group from childhood should be treated and rehabilitated. The Children's Center Humanitarian Comprehensive Rehabilitation (CHIRI) is designed request to cover 200 children a day.
