Identificación y evaluación de los riesgos mecánicos en la mina grande de la Empresa Minanca. Formulación de un plan de prevención.

Resumen
En el presente trabajo se llevó a cabo la identificación y evaluación de los riesgos mecánicos a los que se encuentran expuestos los trabajadores en la Mina Grande de la empresa MINANCA, con el objetivo de elaborar un plan de prevención que permita disminuir y eliminar dichos riesgos, y así conseguir un ambiente laboral más seguro. Para ello fue necesario revisar varias fuentes bibliográficas con la finalidad de profundizar diferentes enfoques sobre el tema, además de conocer el Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud de los Trabajadores y Mejoramiento del Medio Ambiente. Se analizaron los riesgos existentes en la mina utilizando datos de los factores de riesgos mecánicos de la matriz de triple criterio, así como también encuestas y entrevistas realizadas al personal que labora en la empresa. En este proceso se tuvo el total apoyo de los trabajadores como también de los directivos quienes brindaron su total apoyo para la ejecución de esta investigación. Con estos criterios se identificaron las causas principales de los accidentes de trabajo que ocurren en las labores subterráneas de la mina, para luego de ser evaluadas, proceder a la elaboración de un manual de identificación y medidas para el control de riesgos mecánicos, necesario para el normal desarrollo del proceso productivo de la empresa y minimizar los riesgos mecánicos que están expuestos los trabajadores en las labores diarias de extracción de mineral. El manual servirá no solo para la Empresa MINANCA, se lo va a difundir en todo el sector minero de la parte alta de la provincia de El Oro, donde es necesario e imprescindible disminuir las índices de mortalidad por accidentes causados por los factores de riesgos mecánicos.
