Resumen
El desarrollo de la investigación se basó porque se han observado una serie de problemas en las
estaciones de servicio de la empresa NUCOPSA, el problema principal es el escaso control de
despacho de combustible en los clientes corporativos de la empresa NUCOPSA, para el
desarrollo de este problema, se planteó el objetivo general, el cual fue: diseñar un sistema de
control para el abastecimiento de combustible de flotas corporativas en la empresa NUCOPSA,
utilizando el método analítico y sintético para el desarrollo de esta investigación, junto con los
instrumentos tales como la entrevista y la encuesta, los cuales determinaron que los clientes
corporativos poseen más de 10 camiones en su flota, así lo afirman el 73%, cuya antigüedad es
de más de 5 años (en un 71% de los encuestados), el 80% de clientes corporativos consume
diesel, y se encuentran entusiasmados por tener un sistema de control para el despacho de
combustibles en las estaciones de servicio de la empresa NUCOPSA en un 89%; por lo que se
hace vital y necesario crear dicho sistema de control para la distribución de combustibles, se
cumplieron con los objetivos de investigación.
