Resumen
La planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales es una obra de gran importancia para la operatividad de un hospital, tiene como función recolectas las aguas que son utilizadas en las instalaciones, tratarlas mediante procesos físicos-químicos y permitir su evacuación a la red cumpliendo los parámetros de descarga. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo la elaboración de la programación y control de la construcción de la Planta de Tratamiento mediante el método de Flechas, una construcción parte de la planificación, realizando cuantificación de la obra, de ahí se detalla el presupuesto referencial mediante la elaboración de las especificaciones técnicas de cada uno de los rubros que se verán reflejado en el análisis de precios unitarios correspondientes, después de planificar se realiza la programación de todas las actividades que se van a ejecutar en el proyecto, para esta investigación se utilizó la ayuda del programa Project y posterior se realizó el diagrama de flechas. A partir de esta proyección de actividades se desarrolla las curvas de cronograma valorado de equipos, materiales y mano de obra que nos ayudaran en el control del proyecto, para conocer si las actividades se están realizando de acuerdo a lo programado y si los costos no se han vistos afectados por inconvenientes que se presenten en el transcurso de la obra. El correcto control de obra beneficia la viabilidad de la misma, porque se podrá detectar cualquier problema y solucionarlo en el instante para que no exista inconvenientes o retrasos en los plazos establecidos de construcción y se entregue el proyecto en el tiempo predeterminado.
The wastewater treatment plant is a work of great importance for the operation of a hospital, its function is to collect the waters that are used in the facilities, treat them through physical-chemical processes and allow their evacuation to the network, complying with the parameters of discharge. The present investigation has like objective the elaboration of the programming and control of the construction of the Treatment Plant by means of the Flechas method, a construction part of the planning, realizing quantification of the work, of there the referential budget is detailed by means of the elaboration of the technical specifications of each of the items that will be reflected in the analysis of corresponding unit prices, after planning the programming of all the activities that will be executed in the project is carried out, for this research the help of the Project and subsequent program the arrows diagram was made. From this projection of activities, the curves of the valued chronogram of equipment, materials and labor will be developed that will help us in the control of the project, to know if the activities are being carried out according to the programmed and if the costs are not have been affected by problems that arise during the course of the work. The correct control of the work benefits the viability of it, because it will be possible to detect any problem and solve it at the moment so that there are no problems or delays in the established construction deadlines and the project is delivered in the predetermined time.
