Resumen
El presente sistematización registra la evaluación de la autonomía de la
personalidad de las colaboradoras del Hospital León Becerra. El objetivo de este
trabajo fue valorar la autonomía de la personalidad en su entorno para conocer
la medida de su bienestar psicológico. La metodología que se usó fue la
sistematización de experiencias y el método cualitativo inductivo. Los sujetos de
estudios fueron 8 mujeres colaboradoras, de edades correspondientes de 24 a
50 años. Los instrumentos que se utilizaron para recolectar los datos fueron:
entrevista semiestructurada, Focus Group, observación directa y diario de
campo, cuyos resultados determinaron que la personalidad de estas mujeres
posee rasgos comunes e individuales que pueden variar con el tiempo y se ven
influenciados por los valores sociales, la cultura, edad y factores económicos. La
autonomía se fortalece gracias al trabajo y se empoderan, aseguran que no
necesitan un sustento masculino en lo económico o que determinen parámetros
de comportamiento o en su forma de ser. En lo personal, no dependen de nadie;
en lo social, siguen luchando por eliminar roles y estereotipos de una sociedad
patriarcal y machista; y, en lo laboral si bien reciben disposiciones de un jefe
inmediato, eso no limita sus capacidades, sino que las motiva a seguir adelante.
Aún queda mucho por hacer en el tema de igualdad de género. La mujer necesita
desarrollarse íntegramente en lo económico, en la toma de decisiones y en lo
físico para mejorar su calidad de vida, suprimir la violencia y alcanzar su
individualidad y empoderamiento
The present systematization records the evaluation of the autonomy of the personality of the collaborators of the Hospital León Becerra. The objective of this work was to assess the autonomy of the personality in their environment to know the extent of their psychological well-being. The methodology used was the systematization of experiences and the qualitative inductive method. The subjects of study were 8 collaborating women, of corresponding ages from 24 to 50 years. The instruments used to collect the data were: semi-structured interview, Focus Group, direct observation and field diary, whose results determined that the personality of these women possesses common and individual traits that can vary over time and are influenced by social values, culture, age and economic factors Autonomy is strengthened through work and empowered, ensuring that they do not need a male livelihood economically or that they determine behavioral parameters or their way of being. Personally, they are not dependent on anyone; socially, they continue to strive to eliminate roles and stereotypes of a patriarchal and sexist society; and, while they receive provisions from an immediate boss, this does not limit their capacities, but motivates them to move forward. There is still much to be done on the issue of gender equality, Women need to develop fully in the economic, decision-making and physical to improve their quality of life, suppress violence and achieve their individuality and empowerment
