Análisis del proceso logístico de Procisa Ecuador S.A. y propuesta de mejora para garantizar una buena planificación y control de equipos aplicando la metodología de las 5S.

Resumen
Luego de haber realizado un exhaustivo análisis en los procesos de logística
en la empresa Procisa Ecuador S.A., se llego a la conclusión de que dentro de los
procesos hay diversos problemas que afectan al desarrollo productivo y
desempeño en el buen servicio que ofrecen. El estudio se llevo a cabo en el área
de la bodega por tener el mayor porcentaje de errores y en la cual se resguardaba
materiales y equipos de telecomunicación, donde la gerencia creía que por ser
materiales resistentes no se ha llevado un cuidado adecuado y por ende un
desorden, que poco a poco ha incrementado por el rápido crecimiento de la
empresa. Se elaboro el estudio de cadena de valor para conocer más a fondo y con
mayor amplitud a la empresa, luego a este estudio se procedió a realizar un
análisis FODA para determinar las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y
amenazas, y teniendo los problemas identificados se procedió a representarlos en
el diagrama ISHIKAWA para poder observar con mayor claridad la causa y efecto
de estos problemas. Con todos los datos necesarios se procedió a realizar una
encuesta sobre las problemáticas, reuniendo información necesaria para elaborar
el diagrama de PARETO, el cual nos ayudo a definir el problema que debíamos
atender en primer lugar y siendo motivo de este estudio. Para la solución del
problema se opto por recomendar la aplicación de la metodología 5S+1,
explicando su implementación, tiempo de aplicación de cada una de sus etapas,
sus costos y por último el periodo de recuperación de su inversión y el beneficio
que percibiría la empresa anualmente.
After completing a thorough analysis in logistics processes in the company Procisa Ecuador SA, came to the conclusion that within processes there are various problems affecting the production and development good performance in the service they offer. The study was carried out in the area from winery to have the highest percentage of errors and which guarded telecommunication equipment and materials, where management believed to be resistant materials has not taken proper care and therefore a disorder that gradually increased by the rapid growth company. The value chain study to learn more thoroughly and was elaborated greater scope for the company, then this study we carried out a SWOT analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and having the problems identified proceeded to represent them in ISHIKAWA the diagram to see more clearly the cause and effect of these problems. With all the necessary data we proceeded to perform a survey of problems, gathering information needed to develop Pareto diagram, which helped us to define the problem that we first serve and be of this study. To solve the problem it was decided to recommend the application of the methodology 5S +1, explaining its implementation, application time of each of its stages, costs and finally the period of return on investment and profit Company would receive annually.
