Resumen
Este trabajo de Titulación se enfoca en el “Estudio y Prototipo de Vivienda Social
Progresiva en un espacio integrador dentro del Malecón a orilla del Estero Salado en
la Cooperativa Dios, Patria y Libertad, ubicado en el suburbio oeste de la ciudad de
Guayaquil”, siendo uno de los sectores más extensos de la urbe, el suburbio zona
marginal e informal se compone de diversos asentamientos irregulares de familia de
escasos recursos económico y de extrema pobreza, el excesivo crecimiento
poblacional del sector se dio por la migración campo – ciudad, en donde las personas
vinieron con esperanzas de un futuro mejor para sus familias, con el tiempo el
suburbio ha tenido varias intervenciones a nivel de infraestructura que han mejorado
significativamente la condición de habitabilidad urbana, pero que no han logrado
cubrir las necesidades básicas de las familias más vulnerables de tener una vivienda
digna de un ser humano como tal, este estudio de investigación se desarrolló en la
Cooperativa Dios, Patria y Libertad, zona que se caracteriza por la falta de
planificación urbana en su crecimiento, escases de servicios básicos, falta de
espacios recreacionales y viviendas en condiciones deplorables a orillas del Estero
Salado, convirtiéndolo así en unos de los lugares más vulnerables y peligrosos del
sector, a través de la investigación de antecedentes, levantamiento de información en
campo y por medio de fotografías se pudo evidenciar las falencias del lugar, este
análisis ha permitido definir parámetros y normas para una vivienda digna progresiva
y la implementación de actividades recreativas para la integración de la comunidad
de acuerdo a las necesidades básicas, formales, funcionales y espaciales de los
usuarios del sector
This Titration work focuses on the "Study and Prototype of Progressive Social Housing in an integrating space within the Malecón on the shore of Estero Salado in the Cooperativa Dios, Patria y Libertad located in the suburb of the city of Guayaquil", being one of the most extensive sectors of the city, the suburb marginal and informal area is made up of diverse irregular settlements of family of scarce economic resources and of extreme poverty. The excessive population growth of the sector was due to the migration from the countryside to the city, where people came with hopes of a better future for their families, over time the suburb has had several interventions at the infrastructure level that have significantly improved the condition of urban habitability, but that have not been able to cover the basic needs of the most vulnerable families to have a home worthy of a human being as such, this research study was developed in the Cooperativa Dios, Patria y Libertad, a zone characterized by lack urban planning in its growth, lack of basic services, lack of recreational spaces and housing in deplorable conditions on the shores of the Estero Salado, making it one of the most vulnerable and dangerous places in the sector, through the investigation of antecedents, uprising of information in the field and through photographs it was possible to show the shortcomings of the place, this analysis has allowed defining parameters and norms for a dignified progressive housing and the implementation of recreational activities for the integration of the community according to the basic, formal, functional and spatial needs of the users of the sector.
