Resumen
El crecimiento poblacional y la migración ciudad-campo, es una de las principales causas innegables de la insuficiencia habitacional que presenta el cantón Nobol, de esta problemática derivan: los asentamientos informales que perturban el medio ambiente, el hacinamiento de integrantes de las familias en espacios reducidos y disfuncionales, contrariedad que afecta mayormente a la población de poder adquisitivo bajo y medio bajo, ya que carecen de los recursos necesarios para construir viviendas adecuadas a sus necesidades.
Con el objetivo de disminuir el porcentaje evidenciado del déficit de vivienda en el cantón Nobol, se plantea sustentar la propuesta urbana-arquitectónica de un plan habitacional que integre modelos de viviendas sostenibles de carácter progresivo ubicado en las zonas de expansión urbana de la cabecera cantonal de Nobol, con estrategias pasivas sostenibles de manera que se logre provocar el menor impacto posible en el ambiente; este proyecto también pretende responder a las condiciones socioculturales y económicas de las familias, además que contemplará el establecimiento de equipamientos prioritarios que demandan las necesidades de la población, siendo estos indispensables para el desarrollo integral comunal
The population growth and the city-field migration, is one of the main undeniable causes of the housing insufficiency that the canton Nobol presents, of this problematic derive: the informal settlements that disturb the natural environment; and in the overcrowding of family members in small and dysfunctional spaces, an affliction that mostly affects the population of low socioeconomic strata, they already lack the necessary resources to build adequate housing for their needs. With the aim of reducing the percentage of housing deficit in the canton Nobol, it is proposed to support the urban-architectural proposal of a housing plan that integrates sustainable housing models of a progressive nature located in the areas of urban expansion of the cantonal capital of Nobol, with passive sustainable energy efficiency strategies so that the least possible impact on the environment is achieved; This project also aims to respond to the sociocultural and economic conditions of the members of the families, in addition to contemplating the establishment of priority facilities that demand the needs of the population, being these essential for the integral development of the community.
