Resumen
El objetivo general de este trabajo es proponer a la Cooperativa mejorar
tanto la calidad en el manejo administrativo, el servicio que presta
mediante la transportación de todos sus fieles pasajeros y que tengan
tecnología moderna para su sistema de trabajo. Las actividades
desarrolladas en la metodología aplicada para el desarrollo de este
trabajo son las siguientes: recabar y recopilar información de la
Cooperativa, analizar la situación actual de la empresa, e identificar
oportunidades de mejoramiento, elaborar un diagnostico de los problemas
mediante la utilización de herramientas de ingeniería, con el diagrama de
Pareto y Causa-Efecto de Ishikawa, proponer alternativas de solución a
los problemas encontrados. Del desarrollo de la tesis se pueden obtener
las siguientes conclusiones: La Cooperativa muestra interés en mejorar
continuamente e invertir en cambio a favor de sus clientes y
consumidores. La empresa tiene como problema un mal desempeño de
los trabajadores como tarjeteros ubicados en los puntos de marcaciones,
es por eso que la empresa quiere eliminar a estos trabajadores. La
inversión a realizar en la propuesta ayudara a disminuir las coimas y los
disgustos entre socios y conductores. El mejoramiento genera un buen
sistema para el recorrido y control para las unidades en un 95%. Los
resultados de la razones económicas (TIR y VAN), muestran la
conveniencia de realizar esta inversión sin afectar a la economía de la
empresa, se considera la recuperación de la inversión en un plazo de 1
año 9 meses.
The overall objective of this work is to propose the Cooperative improve both the quality of administrative management, the service provided by transporting passengers and all the faithful who have modern technology to their system working. Activities developed the methodology for the development of this work are: to gather and compile information Cooperative, analyze the current situation of the company, and identify opportunities for improvement, develop a diagnosis of the problems using engineering tools, with the diagram Pareto and Ishikawa cause-effect, propose alternative solutions to problems encountered. Development of the thesis may be obtained the following conclusions: The Cooperative shown interest in improving continuously and invest in change for its customers and consumers. The company's poor performance problem workers as card holders located at points of markings, that is why the company wants to eliminate these workers. The investment to be made in the proposal help to reduce bribery and dislikes between partners and drivers. The improvement produces a great System for the travel and control units by 95%. The results of the economic reasons (IRR and NPV), show the whether to make this investment without affecting the economy company is considered payback within 1 year 9 months.
