cuyo valor monetario es US$ 3294,00.
The objective of this study is: analyze the system organizational and administrative aeronautical store material Aerolane company subsidiary LANCHILE in Ecuador, in order to design improvements that raise the emotional level and productive resource human, and meet the expectations of the technical department of the company who required aeronautical materials for maintenance aircraft. The diagnosis of the company was held by the Porter's value chain and SWOT analysis, informed by interviews and visual inspections of the warehouse processes, translating the main problems and Ishikawa Diagram comprobándose congestion and disruption in the reception and despatch of materials and motivation of human resources. The disruption is caused by inadequate space allocation physical, causing decreased efficiency and waste of time 936 hours per year, which in monetary terms amounted to U.S. $ 4,914.00. To address this problem three alternative solution was chosen such as: redistribution of physical space, implementing the philosophy 5 Ss and hiring a technician to take control equipment ground support aircraft. The implementation of these alternatives requires an investment of U.S. $ 7,813.00 and an operating cost of U.S. $ 360,00. Is intended to recover 65% of the total waste of time whose monetary value is U.S. $ 3,294.00. The financial evaluation allowed determine the feasibility of investment by economic indicators as the cost-benefit of 1.52; Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 28.03 % And Net Present Value (NPV) of U.S. $ 11,892.72. Furthermore the alternatives enhance the working environment of the warehouse, contribute more efficiently in the production process of Aerolane, and will be reflected in the excellent customer service you receive.
