Resumen
La presente investigación permitió determinar la importancia de la radiografía convencional para diagnosticar artrosis de cadera en pacientes adultos que ingresaron a la institución hospitalaria. La artrosis es una (osteoartritis, enfermedad degenerativa de las articulaciones) es la afección degenerativa de las superficies sinoviales. El hecho más relevante es el compromiso del cartílago articular, por lo tanto, también del espacio articular. Se produce precozmente adelgazamiento del cartílago, lo que lo hace diferente del espacio articular de la cadera contralateral. Afecta más a los hombres qué a las mujeres más o menos el 68 % de los individuos mayores de 50 años, la enfermedad es lo suficientemente severa para dar síntomas, es la segunda en localización frecuente de artrosis en la cadera tras la de rodilla, es por eso que esta investigación está dirigida para brindar conocimientos mediante un tríptico educativo, el cual ayudará a que las pacientes tengan un mejor conocimiento sobre el tema que en la actualidad afecta su salud. Sin embargo, se debe tener en cuenta que con el tratamiento adecuado se pueden aliviar los síntomas, retardar la evolución de la enfermedad y mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes. La modalidad que se utilizo en el proceso investigativo es la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario y ficha de recolección de datos para dar respuesta a las preguntas directrices, se pudo conseguir los objetivos, la valoración y juicio de profesionales expertos.
The present investigation allowed to determine the importance of conventional radiography to diagnose hip osteoarthritis in adult patients who entered the hospital institution. The modality that was used in the investigative process is the survey technique with its instrument, the questionnaire and the data collection form to answer the directing questions, the objectives, assessment and judgment of expert professionals could be achieved.
