This study Will touch on the history of when the first indirect dental restaurations were made and also it Will mention whith they are and their main classification. Furthermore, this study Will refer the different materials have been aged overtime for dental restaurations until reacing the ceromers which are resins modified with ceramic particles. The objective of this research is to determine why it is better to perform indirect restorations with ceromer. It is said that ceromers` properties are highly recomendd since they are more resistant tan resins which facilitate to withstand masticatory forces. Subsequently, the resin that Will be used in our study Will be ceramage of the shofu house. To collect reliable data, a clinical case Will be carried out for which a vital molar Will be treated. The dental piece Will be prpared prior the elimination of cavities; cavities Will be both eliminated and they filled and finally they Will be sealef and cemented through indirect restoration. Findings suggested that ceromers is a valid option because it is more resistant tan a resing; it presents ceramic conponets; it is easy to manipulate and it is more economic tan a regular ceramic. Over all, ceromers benefits the patients due to it mechanical properties, a esthetic and it is ideal to make dental inlays.
