El turismo comunitario en la comuna Palmar y sus efecto en el desarrollo socioeconómico de la población período 2013-2017

Resumen
El propósito de la investigación es analizar el turismo comunitario en la localidad y el efecto en el desarrollo económico y social, determinando la situación actual de la comuna Palmar cuyo territorio pertenece a la Provincia de Santa Elena. El análisis investigativo del entorno económico, político, social y demográfico es para definir la transformación basándose en la captación de turistas, considerando el periodo 2013 – 2017, la metodología implementada es con base a los métodos empíricos como: Focus group, entrevista, encuesta y técnicas estadísticas.
Durante el proceso investigativo se pudo establecer la carencia de información sobre el turismo comunitario por parte de los comuneros y los beneficios que podría generar en un futuro próximo. Para lograr el progreso y el bienestar de la población es necesario implementar una política estructural basándose en el principio del bien común y del bienestar social. La investigación pretende plantear un mecanismo idóneo para aprovechar los beneficios naturales que existen en la comuna Palmar.
The intention of the investigation is to analyze the community tourism in the locality and the effect in the economic and social development, determining the current situation of the commune Palmar which territory belongs to the Province of Santa Elena. The analysis investigative of the economic, political, social and demographic environment is to define the transformation being based on the tourists' capture, considering the period 2013 - 2017; the implemented methodology is with base to the empirical methods as Focus group, interview, survey and statistical technologies. During the process investigative, it was possible to establish the lack of information about the community tourism on the part of the commoners and the benefits that it might generate in the near future. To achieve the progress and the well-being of the population is necessary to implement a structural politics being based on the beginning of the common good and of the social well-being. The investigation tries to raise a suitable mechanism to take advantage of the natural benefits that exist in the commune Palmar
