Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación, propone un modelo de una estructura orgánico funcional para la empresa Protecaleman S.A.; se toma como punto de partida la información básica de la empresa, con la finalidad de conocer el problema específico al que se enfrenta. A continuación se describen los conceptos básicos de la estructura orgánica funcional, sus características, ventajas, desventajas, elementos, tipos de estructuras organizacionales y demás conceptos que nos permiten conocer y entender los procedimientos adecuados para su aplicación.
De igual manera, se describe la metodología que se aplica para la ejecución del trabajo, a fin de recolectar datos informativos, proporcionados por los miembros de la empresa, a través de entrevistas y encuestas. Finalmente se establece un modelo de estructura organizacional y funcional, en la cual se plantea la filosofía de empresa, se reestructura el organigrama de la empresa y se crea un manual de funciones que describe específicamente las tareas de cada puesto de trabajo, basándose en su realidad y el entorno que la rodea.
The present research work, proposes a model of a functional organic structure for the company Protecaleman S.A., takes as a starting point the basic information of the company, with the purpose of knowing the specific problem to which it is faced. The basic concepts of the functional organic structure, its characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, elements, types of organizational structures and other concepts that allow us to know and understand the appropriate procedures for its application are described below. Likewise, it describes the methodology that is applied for the execution of the work, in order to collect informative data, provided by the members of the company, through interviews and surveys. Finally, a model of organizational and functional structure is established, in which the business philosophy is presented, the organizational chart of the company is restructured and a function manual is created that specifically describes the functions of each job, based on their reality And the surrounding environment.
