Análisis de las políticas implementadas por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del cantón Salitre (GADMS) para el control de la expansión territorial, período 2013-2017

Resumen
El objetivo del presente proyecto es Analizar el proceso de expansión territorial ocurrido durante el periodo 2013 – 2017 en el cantón Salitre, las políticas y ordenanzas que el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal ha implementado para su control, en el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó el enfoque mixto, es decir cuantitativo – cualitativo, por lo que la información que se analizó se refería a cuales son las variables que causan la expansión territorial del cantón Salitre, valores numéricos, cifras y la descripción del antes y después de la cantidad poblacional que se benefician de las ventas de los solares municipales, de los proyectos de legalización mantenidos con la Subsecretaria de Tierras del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca; así mismo la población que adquiere de manera privada, es decir, por compra venta de solares en lotizaciones. Se tomaron datos del Registro de la Propiedad de manera conjunta con el Departamento de Avalúos y Catastro para tener la información requerida en la investigación.
The objective of this project is to analyze the process of territorial expansion occurred during the period 2013 - 2017 in the canton Salitre, the policies and ordinances that the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government has implemented for its control, in the development of the research the approach was used mixed, that is quantitative - qualitative, so the information that was analyzed referred to which are the variables that cause the territorial expansion of the canton Salitre, numerical values, figures and the description of the before and after the amount of population that benefit of the sales of the municipal lots, of the legalization projects maintained with the Undersecretary of Land of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Aquaculture and Fisheries; likewise the population that acquires in a private way, that is, by purchase sale of lots in lots. Data from the Property Registry was taken jointly with the Department of Appraisals and Cadastre to have the information required in the investigation
