Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal, demostrar la factibilidad de
aperturar una sucursal de la Cía. Hivimar S.A. en el Cantón Durán, ya que
através de nuestro estudio se pudo identificar un mercado potencial, para el sector
industrial y automotriz que está asentado en Duran. Para el desarrollo de esta
tesis fue necesario realizar un estudio de mercado, en el cual se utilizaron las
siguientes técnicas: análisis de datos de fuentes primarias, y secundarias. Se
realizaron encuestas en el sector de Duran y Entrevistas con trabajadores de la
Cía. Hivimar para obtener mayor información, y según nuestro estudio se pudo
determinar la existencia de un mercado, donde la sucursal podrá comercializar
sus productos. La sucursal estará ubicada en la Avenida principal Lapentti, del
Cantón Duran, en un local de 160 mts2 aproximadamente y funcionará de
acuerdo al CIU 5030, correspondiente a este tipo de actividad. La mercadería que
será comercializada en la sucursal, será abastecida por la Matriz. Los productos
son importados de Japón, China, y de Europa, con la tecnología y calidad que el
proveedor garantiza, requisito indispensable que hace que el producto sea
atractivo y competitivo en el mercado. Cabe acotar que se elaboraron los
respectivos manuales de funciones de cada cargo de los trabajadores de la
sucursal, para el correcto desempeño y cumplimiento de sus funciones y así
alcanzar los objetivos deseados. La inversión total del proyecto fue de $ 80.000
financiados con un capital propio del 20% correspondientes a $ 16000 y el 80%
restante correspondientes a $ 64000 se lo obtendrá atraves de un préstamo a una
entidad Bancaria, valores que mediante el análisis y evaluación económico se
demostrara la factibilidad del proyecto, con un tiempo de recuperación de la
inversión de 2 años y 3 meses exactamente, con una tasa interna de retorno del
61 %.
This paper's main objective is to demonstrate the feasibility of aperturar a branch of the firm. Hivimar SA in Canton Durán, as trough our study was able to identify a potential market for the sector automotive industry and is based in Duran.
