Resumen
En esta investigación se indica la necesidad de desarrollar hábitos
alimenticios adecuados y que ello contribuya en el aprendizaje de los niños.
Se realizó la visita a la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Marieta de Veintimilla
Marconi, se observó que los infantes presentan problemas en cuanto a su
aprendizaje y ello se deriva a la falta de alimentación causada por la escasa
orientación que poseen los representantes legales sobre los tipos de
alimentos que deben consumir los niños, debido a esta situación se
consideró realizar un taller que brinde conocimientos sobre la lonchera
escolar e indicar los alimentos apropiados para un adecuado desarrollo
físico y mental. Para ello se emplearon métodos científicos: inductivo y
deductivo además métodos empíricos como la observación que sirvieron
para efectuar una encuesta en que los principales puntos a recatar son la
necesidad que tienen los representantes de conocer que procedimientos
deben realizar para tener hábitos alimenticios apropiados.
