Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis y optimizar el
Parque Automotor de CNEL REGIONAL SANTA ELENA, para encontrar
los principales problemas y dar posibles soluciones a estos, a través de
éste análisis se encontró que el principal problema es el "Mantenimiento
inadecuado en el área del taller automotriz ", la solución que se plantea
en esta tesis es la " implementación del programa de mantenimiento
preventivo y correctivo y mejoras en el área de mantenimiento vehicular ",
con el cual se intenta acrecentar la eficiencia en el parque automotriz de
CNEL Regional Santa Elena, así alargar la vida útil de los vehículos. La
metodología utilizada para la realización de este trabajo es el Método
Científico Investigativo, con la ayuda de las siguientes técnicas,
Diagrama de Pareto para encontrar el problema principal, Matriz
FODA para diseñar estrategias que nos permitan afrontar los
problemas o aprovechar las fortalezas de la Empresa CNEL Santa Elena
y la Técnica del Ishikawa, para detectar los problemas en función de
los recurso utilizados en proceso. Luego de haber planteado los
objetivo principal de ésta tesis y de aplicar las técnicas
mencionadas inicialmente en el análisis de la situación de la Empresa
CNEL, los resultados obtenidos a través de éste trabajo de
investigación, fue reducir las pérdidas por los vehículos debido al mal
procedimiento en el mantenimiento de vehículos, con una inversión de
$87.806,77 en la planificación, que de acuerdo al estudio se los
recuperará en un periodo de 5 años. Para finalizar se debe gestionar e
implementar la planificación de mantenimiento Preventivo y correctivo
para mejorar la operación en el área del taller de vehículos también se
recomienda la implementación de maquinas, equipos y mejoramiento del
taller, con el fin optimizar la producción del Parque Automotor de la
Empresa, no desperdiciar los recursos que cuenta esta área de
mantenimiento vehicular.

The methodology used for the realization of this work is the method Investigative Scientist, with the help of the following techniques, Pareto chart to find the problem Matrix SWOT to design strategies that allow us to meet the problems or take advantage of the strengths of the Company CNEL Santa Elena Ishikawa and technique, to detect problems in terms of the resource used in the process. After having raised the main objective of this thesis and apply the techniques initially mentioned the situation analysis Company CNEL, the results obtained from this work research was to reduce losses due to bad vehicles procedure in the maintenance of vehicles, with an investment of $ 87,806.77 in the planning, which according to the study recover over a period of 5 years.
