Resumen
La presente investigación consiste en el diseño de un sistema de control para automatizar la dosificación de coagulante en una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales, donde este trabajo investigativo gestiona el diseño a través de ingeniería conceptual de un sistema capaz de controlar el uso del coagulante en el tratamiento de aguas mediante un modelo matemático de ajuste para regular frecuentemente la dosificación del insumo por medio de un polinomio de regresión lineal entre las variables S.S.T, D.Q.O ygrasas del agua residual a tratar. Para llegar al fin se selecciona adecuadamente elequipo necesario de monitoreo de corriente circulante y bombas dosificadoras de químicos, conectadasa un sistema de control P&ID. Con el sistema automatizado propuesto se logrará mejorar la respuesta de dosificación de coagulante frente a los cambios que presente el agua atratar, optimizando el uso del insumo y minimizandolos costos deltratamiento de aguas.
This investigation is about the designof a control system to automate the dosage of coagulant in a plant of wastewater treatment, therefore, this investigation workmanaged the design through conceptual engineeringof a system able to control the usage of coagulant in the wastewater treatmentby a mathematic model of adjustment to frequently regulate the dose of the itemthrough a linear regression polynomial, between the S.S.T, D.Q.O variables and fats of wastewater to be treated. To get the result, it is carefully selected the necessary equipment for circulating current monitoring and chemical dosing pumps, connected to a P&ID control system. Withthe automatized system proposed it will improve the coagulant dosage response to the changes the water presents in treating, optimizing the usage of the itemand reducing the costs of wastewater treatment.
