Análisis de los procesos logísticos de importación de la empresa Hivimar S.A, y su incidencia en la comercialización

Resumen
El presente caso de estudio fue realizado en la Compañía Hivimar S.A. La misma que está dedicada a la importación de Rodamientos, repuestos automotrices y afines industriales, con 45 años de crecimiento y expansión a nivel nacional la compañía ha tenido que diversos desafíos y cambios en su cadena logística de importación y comercialización. El Objetivo principal fue enfocar específicamente a analizar profundamente el proceso logístico de Hivimar S.A. Así sugiriendo establecer una mejoría en la forma de ejecutar sus funciones en su proceso de importación. Se realizaron y analizaron mediante un estudio detenido las variables que influyen en el objetivo, reconociendo así todos los aspectos de la compañía. Analizando dichos aspectos tanto conceptuales como legales realizamos una recopilación de información suficiente para realizar el respectivo análisis mediante entrevistas con personal de Hivimar de las áreas relacionadas de Comercio Exterior que permitieron aprender sobre los procesos de importación con la que se maneja la compañía actualmente, esto permitió identificar las falencias que existen dentro del proceso logístico. Con el estudio se logró analizar y formular una propuesta eficiente de mejoramiento del proceso logístico de importación de los diversos repuestos automotrices e industriales de la compañía Hivimar S.A.
The present case study was carried out in the Company Hivimar S.A. The same one that is dedicated to the import of Bearings, automotive spare parts and related industrial, with 45 years of growth and expansion at national level the company has had to various challenges and changes in its import and marketing logistics chain. The main objective was to focus specifically on analyzing the logistical process of Hivimar S.A. Thus suggesting to establish an improvement in the way to execute its functions in its import process. The variables that influence the objective were made and analyzed through a careful study, thus recognizing all aspects of the company. Analyzing these conceptual and legal aspects, we carried out a compilation of sufficient information to carry out the respective analysis through interviews with Hivimar personnel from the related areas of Foreign Trade that allowed us to learn about the import processes with which the company is currently operating, this allowed identify the flaws that exist within the logistics process. With the study it was possible to analyze and formulate an efficient proposal of improvement of the logistic process of import of the diverse automotive and industrial spare parts of the company Hivimar S.A.
