Resumen
El presente proyecto denominado “Análisis descriptivo de la agroindustria sustentable de hortalizas no tradicionales con respecto al Acuerdo Multipartes con la UE” tiene como finalidad describir la realidad nacional en cuanto a términos de sustentabilidad empresarial definida para este estudio mediante el uso de normas internacionales como las ISO 14001, ISO 26000 y la elaboración de reportes de sostenibilidad al GRI en las agroindustrias de hortalizas y si éstas las aplican al momento de exportar. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo no experimental descriptivo, con enfoque cualitativo, para lo cual se realizó entrevistas a expertos de los sectores académicos, privados y públicos, además se realizó un censo a los productores/exportadores, microempresarios del área, con el fin de aumentar la confiabilidad del estudio. En base a esto se obtuvo que existe desconocimiento de lo que es la sustentabilidad y cómo aplicarla, además según los expertos es necesario unir los tres sectores antes mencionados para mejorar la calidad y desempeño no solo del sector estudiado sino de todo el país. Concluyendo que es importante y necesario el diseño de una guía de beneficios de sustentabilidad dirigida a pequeños productores o microempresarios para cambiar e innovar las exportaciones mediante el uso de normativa sustentable, así mismo es necesario que para futuras investigaciones se desarrolle una guía orientada a crear procesos productivos sustentables.
The present project called "Descriptive analysis of sustainable non-traditional vegetable agribusiness with respect to the Multiparty Agreement with the EU" aims to describe the national reality in terms of business sustainability defined for this study through the use of international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 26000 and the elaboration of reports of sustainability to the GRI in the agroindustries of vegetables and if these apply them to the moment of exporting. The methodology used was of a non-experimental descriptive type, with a qualitative approach, for which interviews were conducted with experts from the academic, private and public sectors, and a census was carried out of the producers / exporters, microentrepreneurs of the area, in order to increase the reliability of the study. Based on this it was obtained that there is ignorance of what sustainability is and how to apply it, according to the experts it is necessary to unite the three aforementioned sectors to improve the quality and performance not only of the studied sector but of the entire country. Concluding that it is important and necessary to design a guide to sustainability benefits aimed at small producers or microentrepreneurs to change and innovate exports through the use of sustainable regulations, it is also necessary for future research to develop a guide aimed at creating processes sustainable productive.
