Resumen
El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto económico, social y ambiental que se generará en la ciudad de Posorja con la implementación del nuevo Puerto de aguas profundas y mostrar como este repercutirá en la comuna de dicha zona, mediante una investigación exhaustiva en la cual se usaran métodos de investigación exploratoria y descriptiva las cuales mostraran un enfoque más detallado de como los habitantes de esta zona viven y como cambiaría la situación de los comuneros con la creación del puerto. Así, mismo se presentará como los puertos principales del país, han ido desarrollándose con el pasar de los tiempos y las diferentes especializaciones a las que se dedican cada uno de ellos, los ingresos que generan a nivel nacional y los puestos que han conseguido a nivel de Sudamérica como mejores puertos, de igual manera los aspectos legales que representarían conllevar la creación de un puerto en la localidad de Posorja
