Resumen
Este proyecto fue creado con la finalidad de demostrar lo factible que puede ser el uso de un ERP en las urbanizaciones de la ciudad de Guayaquil, ya que es un sistema integrado y será de gran ayuda para mejorar los sistemas que actualmente tienen en las urbanizaciones, para ello debemos saber si existe este sistema y si es así, saber si cumple con los requerimientos necesarios que tiene una urbanización en general. Caso contrario se investigará las necesidades que existen dentro de la urbanización para armar un plan de software a futuro. Para obtener esta información se hará un análisis en los sectores más concurrentes de la ciudad de Guayaquil, indagando sobre las funciones que tienen los administradores y lo satisfecho que un residente de la urbanización esta con el sistema que lleva el administrador. Una vez lograda la investigación se determinará si resulta usar un ERP en las urbanizaciones de la ciudad de Guayaquil y en qué sectores son más factible.
