Resumen
Parte de los problemas que afronta la Educación en el sector rural del cantón
Milagro es la limitación de los maestros en cuanto a metodologías adecuadas
para el aula pluridocente, La "escuela" tiene una presencia permanente en las
comunidades rurales, su espacio cumple un rol protagónico para el desarrollo
local, diríamos con mayor precisión, contribuyen al desarrollo humano. En ella
también podemos encontrar diversos rasgos que la hacen distinta una de otra,
generalmente determinadas por las características de la población, por ello
tienen algunas necesidades y demandas que requieren ser atendidas como es la
capacitación a los maestros en planificación de técnicas y métodos de
enseñanza para escuelas pluridocentes. Referirnos específicamente al aula
pluridocente supone encontrar en ella una heterogeneidad de alumnos, es decir,
niños y niñas que cursan grados diferentes, de edades también diferentes y con
niveles de desarrollo de capacidades, habilidades y actitudes consecuentemente
distintas. El tipo de investigación es descriptiva y corresponde a la modalidad de
proyecto factible. El marco teórico constituye una combinación de modelos
pedagógicos de diferentes autores que tratan sobre los métodos de aprendizaje
en las escuelas pluridocentes, para responder a las exigencias del medio donde
se desenvuelven los maestros. El ser humano como ente psicosocial debe
siempre formar parte del progreso social del medio mediante el desarrollo de la
conciencia y de la personalidad. El aporte de este trabajo es direccionado a las
escuelas rurales del cantón Milagro Se beneficiarán los docentes e
indirectamente los estudiantes que recibirán formación integral de calidad. Se
encuestaron a 54 docentes de diferentes escuelas ruarles del sector, los
resultados nos demuestran que cada 9 de 10 docentes están de acuerdo que se
les de capacitación sobre métodos de planificación para el aula pluridocente.La
propuesta consiste en una guía de planificación didáctica basada en escuelas
pluridocentes.

The research is descriptive and corresponds to the method of feasible project. The theoretical framework is a combination of pedagogical models from different authors dealing with teaching methods in schools pluridocentes to respond to the demands of the environment where teachers are developed. The human being as being psychosocial must always be part of social progress by developing environmental awareness and personality. The contribution of this paper is directed to rural schools in Canton Milagro indirectly benefit teachers and students will receive comprehensive training quality. They surveyed 54 teachers from different schools ruarles sector, the results show us that every 9 10 teachers agree that they are training on methods of planning for the classroom pluridocente. The proposal is a planning guide based teaching pluridocentes schools.
