Resumen
En el presente trabajo de titulación se lleva acabo el análisis y diseño y desarrollo del “Sistema de planificación académica Baby Place” con el objetivo de agilizar y asegurar un correcto procesamiento de los datos emitidos por la coordinadorapara de esta manera tener un control y seguimiento de las planificaciones mensuales que se realicen en dicho centro. La recolección de la información se realizó utilizandodiferentes técnicas, entre ellas la encuesta realizada a la coordinadora y a los padres de familia. Para este desarrollo se realizóel estudio respectivo que contribuyepara seleccionar la metodología a utilizar llamada ICONIX, esta metodología permite utilizar técnicas y herramientas con el objetivo de abarcar todo el ciclo del proyecto, logrando con esto satisfacer las necesidades que el centro necesita. La metodología ofrece un uso dinámico de UML como los diagramas de caso de uso, diagramasde secuencia,diagrama de robustez la metodología cumple eficientemente con su propósito de análisis y diseño utilizando NetBeans8.1para las vistas para todas las funciones se utilizará java, y para gestionar parael modelo se utilizaráMYSQL.Estesistema cumpleconlos objetivosplanteadosdebidoa quegestionala optimización de procesos que se llevan a caboen Word o Excel para optimizar el tiempo que se invertirá en la búsqueda de información.
In the present work the análisis, design and development of the “system of academic planification Baby Place is carried out with the objective of speeding up and ensuring the correct processing of the emitled data by the coordinator in arder to maintain control and follow-up of the monthly plans that are corriedout in said center. The information was collected using different techniques, including the survey completed by the coordinator and the parents. For this development the study used contributed to the selection of the methodology called ICONIX, this methology allows for the use of techniques and tools with the objective toencompass the entire cycle of the Project, achieving this satisfies the needs of the center. The methodology offers the use of dynamic UML as the use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, robustress diagram, the methodology efficienthly fulfills the análisis proposal and design utilizing NetBeans, The views for all functions Will use java, and to manage the model, MYSQL Will be utilized, In conclusión, the objectives are met as you can manage the optimization of the process that are being carried out in Word or Excel, optimizing the time that Will be spent searching for the information.
