estudio.
The purpose of this document is to study the results of the administration of ipratropium bromide by aerosol therapy in patients with pneumonia between 6 to 12 years. When listening to the patient we find crackling and subcrepitating rales as main auscultatory noises prior to the administration of a bronchodilator as ipratropium bromide, It will improve your lung capabilities by decreasing your audible noises. It is observed when auscultating the patient and is evidenced after a short period the early recovery of patients avoiding future complications. Study that will be very helpful for future research. Pathology with varied clinical picture, which manifests dyspnea, crackling rales and subcrepitants, roncus and wheezing, cough and general decay and affecting annually a high percentage in children under fifteen who diagnosed in time can be given a fast, adequate and effective treatment also helping with the use of aerosol therapy to help maintain a adequate bronchial hygiene and thus avoid the morbidity and mortality of patients The study of interest is to reduce secretions to improve quality of life. It is worth mentioning that study patients may present acute pneumonia of the community. Type of research to be carried out is exploratory, with non-experimental, longitudinal and prospective, which will be demonstrated in results obtained with patients of study.
