Resumen
El presente proyecto expone una propuesta de aplicación de sistema de costos para ser aplicado en los procesos que se realizan en el taller de calzado Negrito, el cual tiene como actividad principal la elaboración de calzado casual para hombres y mujeres, ubicado en la ciudad de Guayaquil. El objetivo del proyecto en mención es aportar al propietario herramientas de planificación, control en cuanto a sus recursos y procesos, para lograr una acertada toma de decisiones. Para la obtención de los datos objeto de estudio se aplicará investigación de tipo explicativa y de campo cuya finalidad será conocer a fondo las actividades que se realizan y el nivel de impacto que recae sobre cada proceso para finalmente y con estos datos poder aplicar un sistema de costos ABC el cual permitirá el desarrollo del taller, incrementar el rendimiento y asegurar el desarrollo adecuado de las actividades del taller de calzado.
The present project exposes a proposal of application of a system of costs to be applied in the processes that are made in the factory of Negrito footwear, which has like main activity the elaboration of accidental footwear for men and women, this business is located in the city of Guayaquil. The objective of the project in mention is to contribute to the proprietor tools of planning, control as far as its resources and processes, to obtain one guessed right decision making. For the obtaining of the data study object an explanatory investigation of type and field will be applied whose purpose will be to know the activities that are made in the factory and the level thorough impact that falls on each process for finally and with these data to be able to apply an adapted system to the surroundings in which the factory is developed and to allow to increase the yield and to assure the development the footwear factory.
