Variaciones entre el peso fetal determinado por ultrasonografía y peso del recién nacido en el Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil en el período de agosto del 2018 a enero del 2019

Resumen
La Ecografía Obstétrica es un examen económico e inocuo tanto para la madre como para el feto, que permite la estimación del peso fetal por medio de fórmulas ecográficas. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar las variaciones entre peso fetal determinado por ultrasonografía y peso del recién nacido, muestra constituida por 295 ecografías/historia clínicas obtenida de un universo de 1280 pacientes atendidas, los resultados el margen de error entre el peso fetal determinado por ecografía y el peso del recién nacido, fetos macrosómico con margen de 978, 43 gramos, y 111.83 gramos los de muy bajo peso, existiendo una media en el margen de error de 500gramos, mediante una operación lógica que indica una diferencia significativa, el 61.10 % de las pacientes fue multípara, la variante principal para la determinación del margen de error son los pesos extremos es decir macrosomía con 40.92 %, y el muy bajo peso con 35.73 %.
The Obstetric Ultrasound is an economical and innocuous examination for both the mother and the fetus, which allows the estimation of fetal weight by ultrasound formulas. The main objective of the present investigation was to determine the variations between fetal weight determined by ultrasound and weight of the newborn, a sample constituted by 347 ultrasounds / clinical history obtained from a universe of 3,600 patients attended, the results the margin of error between the fetal weight determined by ultrasound and the weight of the newborn, macrosomic fetuses with a margin of 978, 43 grams, and 111.83 grams of very low weight, there being a mean in the margin of error of 500 grams, through a logical operation that indicates a significant difference, the 61.10% of the patients were multiparous, the main variant for the determination of the margin of error are the extreme weights, that is, macrosomia with 40.92%, and the very low weight with 35.73%.
