Análisis integral de los sistemas administrativos del servicio de farmacia del Hospital General Luis Vernaza con propuesta de mejora y optimización.

Resumen
El Hospital General Luis Vernaza ante la gran necesidad imperiosa de mejorar
continuamente el desarrollo de sus actividades en el abastecimiento y distribución
de medicamentos e insumos para la prestación del Servicio de Farmacia que
brinda la Bodega Principal (General) como uno de los recursos vitales para la
prestación del Servicio hospitalario y medico que el Hospital brinda ante su
demanda impredecible de pacientes. Los problemas de dicho servicio son:
Problemas asignados a la gestión de inventarios, Problemas asignados a la
infraestructura, Problemas asignados a la metodología 5s. Problemas asignados a
la Organización y Métodos. Las propuestas de solución en este trabajo de
investigación, es de proyectar y clarificar las soluciones tanto cualitativas como
cuantitativas en base a los datos recogidos en un periodo de tiempo estimado, para
llegar a conclusiones apegadas a la realidad relativa existente del Hospital y
obtener el mejor mecanismo de operación y de gestión a aquellas operaciones que
nos permitan mejorar, maximizar y aumentar el nivel de eficiencia del Servicio de
Farmacia, con propuestas de valor agregado inmediato, que estas a su vez, el
Hospital depende de este servicio como parte de los recursos que se necesita para
la respuesta inmediata a sus pacientes presentes y futuros de todas las regiones del
Ecuador. Como parte final, en el análisis económico se presentan dos propuestas
de inversión, la primera propuesta de $ 2,650.25 que equivale a 25 veces menor
que la segunda pero no da una solución integralmente total, y la segunda es de $
67,084 que si ofrece una solución mucho más satisfactoria. Ambas propuestas son
factibles y según el ingreso anual del Hospital están al alcance, por lo tanto se
recomienda aplicar la segunda opción para poder así maximizar la capacidad de
respuesta del hospital ante su demanda impredecible relativamente al alza a nivel
nacional.

The proposed solution in this work research project is both qualitative and clarify the solutions as quantitative, based on the data collected in a period of time estimated for conclusions concerning attached to the existing reality of the Hospital and the best operating mechanism and management to operations allow us to improve, maximize and increase the level of efficiency of the service Pharmacy, with proposals immediately added value that these in turn, the Hospital relies on this service as part of the resources needed to immediate response to their current and future patients from all regions of Ecuador. As the final part in the economic analysis are presented two proposals investment, the first proposal of $ 2650.25 is equivalent to 25 times lower the latter but does not give a total solution integrally, and the second is $ 67,084 if offers a much more satisfactory solution.
