Resumen
La empresa en el cual se desarrolla este trabajo es AINSA S.A. una empresa de servicios
dedicada a la importación y venta de Equipos Industriales relacionados con la
neumática e hidráulica y venta de maquinaria como compresores de Aire, etc. Para la
realización de este trabajo de investigación se efectuó un estudio de la problemática
que tiene la empresa en sus procesos productivos; durante este periodo de tiempo se
llego a la determinación de los principales problemas mediante el uso de varias
técnicas entre ellas el Diagrama de Causa y Efecto (Ishikawa) como se demuestra en el
capitulo III, los cuales son: Inventario con demasiados artículos, Mantenimientos de las
Maquinarias sin realizar, el principal objetivo es mejorar la organización, provocando
un mayor sentido de la clasificación y la economía, mayor rotación en el inventario y
un control explicito en el desarrollo de los mantenimientos, con la implementación de
un software dirigido hacia estos puntos en mención, como se lo explica en el capitulo
IV, así como el uso adecuado de otras técnicas de Ingeniería Industrial o de Filosofías
de trabajo. En el capitulo I se menciona la metodología utilizada en esta investigación
fueron los métodos investigativo, Descriptivo y Deductivo-Inductivo; estos permitieron
resaltar los problemas antes mencionados. Los problemas arrojan unas pérdidas de $
194663.32 anual; para poder tener un control de estos gastos, para esto la propuesta
se basa en la implementación de un software. En el respectivo análisis financiero que
se desarrollo en el capitulo V se determina la factibilidad de la propuesta, cuyo costo
de la inversión fija, asciende a la suma de $ 17560; valor que será recuperado en un
periodo de nueve meses.

In Chapter I the methodology used in this research mentioned were the research, Descriptive and Deductive-Inductive methods; these allowed highlight the problems mentioned above. Problems yield losses of $ Annual 194663.32; to have control of these costs for this proposal is based on a software implementation. In the accompanying financial analysis developed in Chapter V the feasibility of the proposal is determined, the cost fixed investment, amounting to the sum of $ 17,560; value to be recovered in nine months.
