Resumen
El presente estudio nace con la finalidad de analizar la situación actual de la Corporación Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CNT), con respecto a su baja participación de mercado del Servicio Móvil Avanzado (SMA) en Zapotal, se realizó un análisis de cuáles son sus principales causas y efectos, donde se determinó que la falta de inversión en mejoras de la infraestructura móvil es una las principales causas conllevando a la poca cobertura.
Se analiza el concepto de compartición de infraestructura móvil como un método que permite mejorar la cobertura de una operadora de servicio de telecomunicaciones y de esta forma lograr ser más competitivo en el mercado del Servicio Móvil Avanzado (SMA), la metodología utilizada en este estudio será de un enfoque cuantitativo, con un alcance explicativo, pues busca establecer una relación causa-efecto mediante el método hipotético-deductivo entre la falta de inversión en mejoras de la infraestructura móvil, produciendo una mala calidad en la cobertura celular y el nivel de participación de mercado de la empresa CNT.
This study was created with the aim of analyzing the current situation of the National Telecommunications Corporation (NTC), with respect to its low market share of Mobile Advanced Service of Zapotal city, an analysis of what are the main causes and effects, where it was determined it was realized that the lack investment in mobile infrastructure is a major cause leading to poor coverage. The concept of sharing mobile infrastructure as a method to improve the coverage of an operator of telecommunications services and thus to become more competitive in the market Field Service Advanced (SMA) is analyzed, the methodology used in this study will be a quantitative approach, with an explanatory scope, it seeks to establish a cause-effect by the hypothetical-deductive method between lack of investment in improvements in wireless infrastructure, producing a poor quality cellular coverage and level of market shared about CNT enterprise.
