Resumen
El propósito del presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo de un estudio sobre los software de inventario en las Mipymes del sector comercial del Norte de Guayaquil, específicamente en las empresas ubicadas entre las calles vía perimetral con calle 56 no hasta calle eucaliptos con vía Daule y av. francisco de Orellana hasta calle 23 no. Mediante esta investigación lo que se busca es establecer si las medianas y pequeñas empresas que de pronto no dispongan de un software de inventario para el control de las existencias, podrían implementar un software de inventario el cual les ofrezca un control total de las existencias, sin que hayan márgenes de error para que se puedan optimizar las ganancias, consiguiendo de esta manea expandirse y poder posicionarse en el mercado.
También es importante alegar que existen diferentes software de inventario los cuales cumplen el objetivo de conducir un control eficaz y eficiente de las existencias en el inventario de la empresa, por lo cual se ha procedido en disponer de 3 software que se los considera como las mejores opciones para las Mipymes, pero en este caso de estudio se ha sugerido el Software Inventoria Stock Manager considerándolo la mejor opción para poder promover el emprendimiento y desarrollo económico de estas Mipymes, así como lo indica la información que se obtuvo por medio de las encuestas que se realizaron enfatizando sus funciones y el buen costo accesible que este tiene.
The purpose of this work is the development of a study on the inventory software in MSMEs of the commercial sector of the North of Guayaquil, specifically in the companies located between the perimeter streets with 56th Street not up to Eucalyptus Street with Daule and Av. Francisco de Orellana until 23rd Street no. This research seeks to establish whether medium and small businesses that suddenly do not have inventory software for stock control could implement inventory software that gives them full control of the stocks, without any margins of error so that profits can be optimized, getting from this handle to expand and be able to position themselves in the market. It is also important to argue that there are different inventory software which meet the objective of conducting an effective and efficient control of stocks in the inventory of the company, which is why we have proceeded to have 4 software that are considered as the best options for MSMEs, but in this case study the Inventory Stock Manager Software has been suggested considering it the best option to be able to promote the entrepreneurship and economic development of these MSMEs, as indicated by the information obtained through the surveys that They were carried out emphasizing its functions and the good accessible cost that it has.
