Elaboración de un manual de funciones para optimizar la gestión del departamento administrativo en la empresa Inforleza S.A. en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

La empresa Inforleza S.A. al no contar con un manual de funciones para el departamento administrativo presenta varias falencias al momento de la ejecución de las actividades por parte de los trabajadores, por tal motivo el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo reunir, investigar y analizar información necesaria para conocer como es la situación actual del departamento y proponer una solución para mitigar la presente problemática para así alcanzar con las metas y objetivos planteados por la organización. Para la recolección de la información se analizó teorías de autores y se realizó entrevistas al personal involucrado, las cuales confirmaron que dentro del departamento administrativo existe un mal control y errores para ejecutar las actividades ya que realizan funciones que ni deberían de realizar. De tal manera se propuso la creación de una manual de funciones el cual ayudará a que exista un mejor desempeño laboral, reduciendo el tiempo al momento de desarrollar las funciones, la duplicidad de tareas y sobre todo sobrecargas de tareas, ya que se tendrá un mejor control interno de actividades. En el presente manual se especifica las funciones a realizar por cada persona, y los objetivos que tiene el puesto, esto no solo beneficiara al departamento si no que el mayor beneficiado es la empresa ya que sus colaboradores serán más productivos generando así mayor rentabilidad a la institución.

Inforleza S.A. company does not have a manual function for the administrative department for that reason the department has many shortcomings at the moment that the employees make the diary activities, therefore this job aims is searching, analyzing, gathering necessary information to know how is the currently situation of the department and propose a solution for mitigate the present problematic to achieve goals and objectives raised by the organization. For the recollection of the information we analyzed many theories of some authors and we made interviews to the employees that are in the department who confirmed that in the department exists a bad control and many mistakes to execute activities because they make functions that they mustn’t have to realize. So, we propose the creation of a manual functions which helps that exists a better job performance, reducing the time at the moment of functions development, the duplication of tasks and especially work overloads, because there will be better internal activities control. This manual specifies the functions to be performed by each one, and the objectives that the workplace has. This strategic not only benefit to the department, the company too because its employees will be more productive, generating more profitability to the institution.
