Resumen
El Servicio de Rentas Internas (SRI), es el principal organismo de la recaudación de impuestos tributarios en Ecuador, y vigila el cumplimiento tributario de las personas naturales a través de la obediencia del pago del Impuesto a la Renta y otros pagos. Entre los campos se toman en cuenta para deducir y bajar el Impuesto encontramos cinco rubros principales de los Gastos Personales en Educación, Salud, Alimentación, Vivienda, Vestimenta y Articultura. El presente trabajo de investigación es realizada en base a una necesidad principalmente a los contribuyentes de los negocios en el área contable, y a todas las personas naturales que realicen actividades no obligadas a llevar contabilidad, y que solicitan sus facturas a través de las imprentas autorizadas, en la Entidad del SRI, tiene como objetivos principal diagnosticar e identificar los factores de la situación del pago del Impuesto a la Renta de las Personas Naturales en el mes de marzo, de cada ejercicio fiscal y en el cumplimiento oportuno de sus obligaciones tributarias. Finalmente, los contribuyente en los negocios, de los enlaces en línea que ofrece la entidad, y según las encuestas realizadas, hace falta más preparación del personal.
The Internal Revenue Service (SRI) is the main body of tax collection in Ecuador, and monitors the tax compliance of natural persons through the obedience of payment of Income Tax and other payments. Among the fields are taken into account to deduct and lower the Tax we find five main items of Personal Expenses in Education, Health, Food, Housing, Clothing and Articulture. The present research work is carried out based on a need mainly to the taxpayers of the businesses in the accounting area, and to all natural persons who carry out activities not required to keep accounting, and who request their invoices through the authorized printing presses, in the SRI Entity, its main objectives are to diagnose and identify the factors of the situation of the payment of the Income Tax of Natural Persons in the month of March, of each fiscal year and in the timely fulfillment of their tax obligations. Finally, taxpayers in business, the online links offered by the entity, and according to the surveys, more training of staff is needed.
