Resumen
El propósito del presente proyecto educativo fue determinar cómo interviene la oferta productiva en la formación holística emprendedora de los estudiantes del Colegio General Luis Alfredo Molina Arroyo de la ciudad de Guayaquil por medio de un análisis bibliográfico y de campo para diseñar un manual de procedimientos sobre la comercialización internacional del té de mandarina. La importancia de la investigación radico en evidenciar los procesos de enseñanza – aprendizaje en función de optimar el aprendizaje académica, de la misma forma desarrollar el espíritu emprendedor de los estudiantes. La población que se estudio estuvo conformada por 85 estudiantes, a la cual se le aplicó una muestra representativa que estuvo conformada por 1 directivo y 10 docentes. De acuerdo con los resultados que se obtuvieron después de aplicar el instrumento de investigación, es posible indicar la oferta productiva en las formaciones holística emprendedora, se puede establecer que el emprendimiento ayuda de manera directa al desarrollo económico de una nación, generando fuentes de empleos, así también que vincula valores de responsabilidad, gestión de proyectos y la cimentación del sentido crítico, encadenándose así a la transformación social y el compromiso ético mediante el desarrollo de competencias emprendedoras
The purpose of the present educational project was to determine how the productive offer intervenes in the entrepreneurial holistic training of the students of the General School Luis Alfredo Molina Arroyo of the city of Guayaquil through a bibliographic and field analysis to design a manual of procedures on the International marketing of mandarin tea. The importance of the research lies in demonstrating the teaching - learning processes in order to optimize academic learning, in the same way to develop the entrepreneurial spirit of the students. The population studied was made up of 85 students, to whom a representative sample was applied, which consisted of 1 director and 10 teachers. According to the results obtained after applying the research instrument, it is possible to indicate the productive offer in holistic entrepreneurial formations, it can be established that entrepreneurship directly helps the economic development of a nation, generating sources of employment, It also links values of responsibility, project management and the foundation of critical thinking, thus linking to social transformation and ethical commitment through the development of entrepreneurial skills.
