Resumen
En el presente trabajo se tiene como problemática el incremento de las devoluciones de los productos, planteando como objetivo analizar a través de la herramienta 5S en la bodega de productos fríos y congelados con el fin de contribuir con elementos para reducir el índice de productos no conformes en el centro de distribución PRONACA S.A, aplicando un tipo de estudio descriptivo, se aplicó una encuesta a los trabajadores de la bodega para determinar sus perspectivas, identificando que el 90% de los trabajadores consideran que el alto índice de productos no conformes se debe al desorden existente en la bodega de productos fríos y congelados, se planteó Implementar la mejora continua mediante la estructura de una propuestaen relación a las 5S en la bodega de productos fríos y congelados del centro de distribución PRONACA S.A para tener un ambiente de trabajo organizado, teniendo una inversión total de $ 35.070,90.

It was proposed to implement continuous improvement through the structure of a proposal in relation to 5S in the warehouse of cold and frozen products of ‘’PRONACA S.A’’ distribution center to have an organized working environment, having a total investment of $ 35,070.90.
