Propuesta didáctica para mejorar higiene postural por medio de la actividad física en alumnos de bachillerato

Resumen
Through the problem of poor motor - cognitive development in children who practice football, the researcher proposed the development of a guide of methodological strategies to achieve cognitive and motor development in children aged 8 to 12 who practice at the School Lagos Club. In the theoretical foundation each of the research variables was based, as well as the conceptual categories. The design of the research methodology was descriptive, under no experimental evidence. Analytical and systemic methods were used as well as techniques for the collection of information such as the survey, interview and observation guide, these techniques were applied to the research sample. Finally, based on the results obtained, the methodological strategies guide was prepared
The present research work is related to the postural problems addressed to physical activity, as a result of having incorrect practices of how to execute specific movements in physical exercises, as well as in your daily routines in lifting objects, in your way of walking and sitting, facing a screen or reading, among other activities. The effects of having a problem in the spine that involves lateral deviation scoliosis, lordosis, among others related to the spine or back, can cause future problems. The purpose of carrying out a didactic proposal on postural hygiene is to perform different physical activities for high school students, with a determined time of thirty-five minutes, giving the theoretical part and the practice of the correct position of the body to take care of the back, with an appropriate warm-up and stretching to develop the activities. The objective is to promote an adequate position within which the method used is the descriptive one, which applied observation techniques and instruments, a survey in which positive results were confirmed that are achieved and encourage the approach of a didactic proposal based on students who perform adequate physical activity.
