Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propuesta el diseño de un programa de asistencia al turista a través del cual le permitirá al visitante conocer de una manera sencilla las medidas de seguridad turística con la finalidad de proteger al turista en caso de un evento no controlable, además de mejorar la atención, más seguridad, una mejora en la infraestructura, limpieza, modos de evacuación en caso de catástrofes naturales, que permitan a los visitantes y la población ser un atractivo a la altura en cuanto a seguridad, asistencia, y atención a lo que se refiere dentro de la peligrosidad que se presenta en Guayaquil y en todo el Ecuador y sus altos índices de inseguridad especialmente en las zonas donde se encuentran los turistas que visitan la ciudad. Se realizaron encuestas y entrevistas para determinar si la seguridad turística se da solo en lugares cerrados como el malecón Simón Bolívar como aquellos que carecen de seguridad, también por la calidad del destino como es la infraestructura y la calidad del servicio que se les brinda a los visitantes. Por lo tanto, se puede decir que, si se realiza un programa de asistencia al turista, este permitirá a los visitantes obtener una mejor atención en seguridad turística lo que contribuirá a incrementar la demanda de visitantes al sector del Malecón Simón Bolívar, esto ayudará a que se genere mayores ingresos económicos para la ciudad.
The present research has as its proposal the design of a program of tourist assistance through which it will allow the visitor to know in a simple way the measures of tourist security with the purpose of protecting the tourist in the event of a non-controllable event, besides improving attention, more security, an improvement in infrastructure, cleanliness, ways of evacuation in case of natural disasters, that allow visitors and the population to be a top attraction in terms of security, assistance, and attention what is referred to within the danger that occurs in Guayaquil and throughout Ecuador and its high rates of insecurity especially in the areas where tourists who visit the city are located. Surveys and interviews were carried out to determine if tourism security is only given in closed places such as the Simón Bolívar boardwalk as those that lack security, also because of the quality of the destination, such as the infrastructure and the quality of service provided to them. visitors Therefore, it can be said that if a tourist assistance program is carried out, it will allow visitors to obtain better attention in tourist safety, which will contribute to increase the demand of visitors to the Simón Bolivar Malecon sector, this will help generate more economic income for the city.
