Resumen
Al suroeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil se encuentra ubicada la tienda Toglla, donde existe una falencia sobre cómo llevar un buen control de inventarios por eso se propuso un manual de control de inventario, donde su objetivo general es diseñar un manual de inventario para mejorar las finanzas de tienda Toglla. Aplicando un diseño de investigación de campo, documental, descriptiva y explicativa, e instrumentos como la encuesta y observación directa se determinó el problema que tiene la tienda Toglla, que fue una falta de conocimiento de cómo llevar un buen control de sus inventarios en las compras y ventas de sus productos esto hizo que sus finanzas bajen y obtengas pérdidas. Se llego a la conclusión que la información recolectada brinda oportunidades para llevar un buen control de inventario y también para que vean las existencias que tiene la tienda, tanto en sus entradas y salidas de mercadería.
To the southwest of the city of Guayaquil, the Toglla store is located in the suburb of Guayaquil, where it indicates that there is a mishandling of inventories in the store, so we want to propose an inventory control manual, where its general objective is to design a Inventory manual to improve the finances of the Toglla store. Proposing a field research, documentary, descriptive and explanatory design, also using the methods; Qualitative and quantitative with this methodology and the results of the surveys show us the problem that the store has that is a great lack of control in its inventories, therefore it makes its finances low. We have reached the conclusion that the information collected can be provided so that we can carry out a better record in your inventory and also to see the stock that the store has both in its merchandise entries and exits.
