Resumen
Violencia Obstétrica es toda acción nociva que se expresan mediante un trato deshumanizado mediante la utilización de un lenguaje inapropiado y grosero, discriminación, humillación burlas y críticas respeto al estado de la mujer y su hijo por parte de los profesionales de la Salud. Los procesos de Institucionalización del parto han dejado de lado las particularidades de los individuos y grupos sometiendo a la mujer parturienta como objeto de intervención hasta cierto punto relegando sus derechos, en cuanto a la información oportuna, apego precoz inmediato, privacidad, participación familiar, considerar la alimentación, vestimenta y respeto a sus costumbres. Objetivo: Determinar la violencia obstétrica en mujeres de postparto en la sala de recuperación del Centro de Salud de Rioverde. Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo tipo descriptivo y transversal dedican a describir y recolecta datos o componentes sobre diferentes aspectos de las mujeres en postparto. Resultados: Al analizar los resultados de esta investigación se refleja que el 55% de las mujeres postparto no recibieron información oportuna sobre su cuidado y del bebe no se les respetaban sus costumbres, no les permitieron ingerir ninguna infusión de plantas medicinales mientras que el 60% de las mujeres respondieron no recibieron una atención humanizada por parte de la enfermera. Conclusión: La atención humanizada e intercultural está afectada en cerca de la mitad de las pacientes que no se les permite y la toma de infusión de plantas medicinales, reciben en forma tardía atención en el postparto, así como también por no recibir atención oportuna, separación del bebé de su madre por más de una hora del nacimiento y no cumple con la lactancia materna, verificando el objetivo propuesto por el personal de enfermería
Obstetric violence is any harmful action that is expressed through a dehumanized treatment through the use of inappropriate and rude language, discrimination, humiliation, mockery and criticism regarding the status of women and their children by health professionals. The processes of Institutionalization of childbirth have left aside the particularities of individuals and groups subjecting the woman in labor as an object of intervention to a certain extent relegating their rights, in terms of timely information, immediate early attachment, privacy, family participation, consider food, clothing and respect for their customs. Objective: To determine obstetric violence in postpartum women in the recovery room of the Rioverde Health Center. Methodology: quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach to describing and collecting data or components on different aspects of postpartum women. Results When analyzing the results of this investigation, it is reflected that 55% of postpartum women did not receive timely information about their care and the baby was not respected their customs, they were not allowed to ingest any infusion of medicinal plants while 60% of the women responded they did not receive a humanized attention from the nurse. Conclusion The quality of postpartum care information and their babies is perceived as bad in 1/3 of the patients. Humanized and intercultural care is affected in about half of the patients who are not allowed to take infusion of medicinal plants, who receive late care in the postpartum period, as well as not receiving timely care. Separation of the baby from his mother for more than an hour of birth and does not comply with breastfeeding.
